8. Bootcamp Enrollment
By enrolling in a Moonlight Software Systems bootcamp, you agree to:
- Complete coursework and projects in good faith
- Adhere to our code of conduct and academic integrity standards
- Meet attendance and assignment submission requirements
- Abide by all classroom and online platform rules
Tuition fees are non-refundable except in cases of medical hardship or Moonlight-initiated program cancellation.
9. Software Solutions Agreements
Software solutions developed by Moonlight Software Systems are governed by separate service agreements. Intellectual property ownership, support terms, and payment schedules will be detailed in individual contracts.
10. User Content
If you submit, post, or display content on Moonlight Software Systems platforms, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, transmit, and distribute such content. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
11. Prohibited Conduct
